You can also register as a team

For sporting companies, fit groups of friends or families there is the option to participate as a team. It's extra fun to run together with colleagues, friends or family, so gather them up and join in.

A team consists of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 participants and may be a mix of both male and female runners of the ages permitted for the relevant distance (see conditions).

The participants of one team must all run the chosen distance. The fastest 4 runners determine the team's outcome. Your company/group of friends/running group can of course participate with multiple teams.

The costs for a team's participation are €50 (for a team in the 5km) or €60 (for a team in the 10km). The first team receives a cup for each distance. You can register for the team run until October 1. You can make changes to a team until October 4. The individual runners of a team will also be included in the regular results.
